A peachy twist in our classic flaky pastry. Recipe by Karen Humilde.
1 pack of Otap
1 small can of peaches, sliced
Vanilla ice cream
Prep Time 5 minutes
1. Lay 6 to 8 pieces of Otap in a dessert plate. Arrange the sliced peaches alternately on each side of the bread.
2. Using an ice cream scooper, top each pastry with small scoops of vanilla ice cream.
3. Place bite-sized pieces of peaches on top of the ice cream.
4. Garnish with chocolate shavings or drizzle with chocolate syrup. Serve immediately.
Note: You can also use Coconut or Strawberry Ice cream.
